Good and Bad Habits

I went to DailyBurn.com and signed up for their exercise and nutrition program. What it is is basically a membership program, a social program where you get some training on daily workout and some nutrition techniques. I was thinking about it and basically what it’s going to allow me to do is record the things that I’m already doing, record the things I’m eating. What I realized is I’ve looked at programs like this in the past, like the pursuit of perfection.
I want to get in line with the numbers that we’re trying to achieve and anything short of that is failure. When I realized what these things actually do is they shine the spotlight on the good habits and they shine that spotlight on the bad habits. The mare fact that we have to record what we’re doing means that we have to do and then this stuff needs to get documented and we need to share what we’re doing. Put this into brainwave, the brain emotion, saying, oh, this is a good thing. If you have to stop and think about something as opposed to subconsciously going through and doing bad things, or just having the good habits and not being aware that you are having the good habits. The mare encoring of it makes you that extra stuff makes you aware of what you’re actually doing. It allows you to correct the bad habits and enhance the good habits.
