To See the Whole Video, Go To - Habits Below is a transcription of this video – I am recording this in a commitment to record 3,000 videos in 90 days. I am doing this to develop as a communicator. I want to talk about building habits. It’s funny because I started doing my videos on the iPhone and I was doing that for about two weeks and then I got this Flip camera. I did about a days worth on the Flip camera and had some problems at night. Why I got away from the iPhone was because the files were too big. They were like 160 megabytes each whereas my Flip camera files were smaller.


You can’t really alter an iPhone because you have to do a whole bunch of conversion first to alter a iPhone video. So I started going with the flip camera and got the smaller size. Sure enough, I have left it at home the last couple of days and it’s funny rehashing or rebuilding a habit because it’s challenging when your used to something and something feels natural. Even though this isn’t the best option and it’s going to be a problem uploading these things, which is the reason I got away from the iPhone originally, I am still back here with my iPhone recording these videos because it feels comfortable and it feels like home. I like it. It’s one piece of equipment and I don’t have to carry another piece of equipment and the files look nice. It’s funny because even though things can be better for us, we don’t make decisions based on what may actually be better but base our decision on our habits. That’s partially why I am doing so much. I am looking at how I am operating to shift some of the habits. I hope this has some value for you.
