Below is a transcription of this video – I want to share this quick video. On Thursday of last week, I was introduced to the Harlem Shake. Somebody sent the video over to me to take a look at. Where we’re going with this is we’re going to do this thing for a couple of different reasons, not because of the move because I think it’s a fascinating thing to do but more to have the experience of doing something that’s uncomfortable. Expressing, dancing is uncomfortable. We’re doing it at 7 o’clock tomorrow morning, invited probably about 20, 30 people, maybe five or six are actually going to come.
I don’t know exactly how it’s going to turn out. It doesn’t really matter how it’s going to turn out. What matters is getting off our butts and actually doing something and doing something uncomfortable in a way that helps us connect with another person. I share this because I was walking this morning and I was actually trying to talk myself out of it saying well it, doesn’t actually make sense, got to get up in the morning, blah, blah, blah and all that stuff. That sort of talking, that sort of speaking, that’s how it’s driving actions like that, I’m not going to do anything. There’s 100,000 reasons not to do something, but all you need is one really good reason why you should do something and that’s what makes all the difference in the world. Share this message.
