Below is a transcription of this video – Hey, this is Justin. This will be a quick video before I kind of get on the subway or actually get on the subway. It’s coming. The sound can be a little bit screwy. One of the things I’ve been doing recently is looking at the habits. I’m following basic success that happens while I’m following, when I’m not being successful. Now, one of the main thing is the first thing in the morning that I actually have is to wake up. I set the alarm for a specific time.
If I get the snooze key, I’m actually breaking the commitment. But if I don’t get the snooze key then I’m keeping the commitment. So I’m going to stop this video. Thanks a lot for listening. Make today an awesome day.
