Summer rains not much help for Cachuma Remnants of Tropical Storm Dolores swept across the Central Coast over the weekend, creating muggy conditions and dropping record amounts of rain in some areas, but the water level at Lake Cachuma was unaffected, water officials said. The lake, which supplies water to more than 220,000 customers throughout the Santa Ynez Valley and the South Coast, remains at 27 percent capacity. “It did nothing.
