One of the main issues i had was not being able to loft the coral fingers from the main coral body in one loft, instead i had to loft the main body first and trimmed openings and then loft the fingers one by one.

EXERCISE 2 Similar to the 1st exercise i could’nt loft the coral such in the way that it ended with two curves so i had to create a surface with the function to detail it as such.
Played with the curves in the loft to form a more organic form.
Here I adjust the control point to try and experiment with the general shape and tried to apply a different texture to the surface.

Here instead of referencing in from rhino, I set points and used the interpolate curve function to link the point up.

I redid my branch to try and recreate more natural tapered limbs, i did this by setting endpoints and controlling the circle radius seperately. I lofted the two end circle using the sweep 1 application.

FINDING THE CENTER POINT
WHEN YOU USE EVAL CURVE TO FIND THE CENTER OF A CURVED LINE IT RENDERS AN INCORRECT PLOT, HOWEVER WORKS FINE ON A STRAIGHT LINE.
