cover
In a year that is all about doing things differently, JWI is merging the innovation of our Young Women’s Leadership Conference with the inspiration of our signature Women to Watch leadership celebration into a day for women of all ages to connect for the purpose of positive change. For the first time, any woman from anywhere will be able to join us to learn from changemakers across industries; network with other women around the world; and experience JWI’s work in advocacy, violence prevention, financial literacy, workplace equity, mentorship, leadership, and more. Speak with advocates for women’s rights. Meet with congresswomen working for change. Be inspired by highly-accomplished women who are dedicated to lifting others as they rise.
This year, women to watch is about more than leadership: It's about impact. Don’t miss this day to learn, network, and explore the difference we can make in the world. We’ll be joined by special celebrity guests, as well as former Women to Watch honorees from the past 20 years. The day will conclude with virtual Shabbat happy hours to celebrate the collective power of the JWI community to build a safer, more equitable world for all women and girls.

where does my money go? Great question! Proceeds from Women to Watch sustain JWI's work to build a safer, more equitable world for all women and girls. How we do it: Designing innovative anti-violence and pro-healthy relationship programs for college campuses across the U.S.
Why? To systemically change the culture of sexual violence among teens and young adults. Delivering economic literacy training to women of every generation.
Why? So they can own their personal safety and financial future. Speaking truth – and strategy – to power on Capitol Hill.
Why? To protect women's rights and expand laws and policies that allow all women to thrive. Training professionals and clergy who work with victims of violence.
Why? To ensure that victims' services are optimized and available to all who need them. Generating continuous opportunities for young professionals and women over 40 to learn, network, and mentor or be mentored.
Why? To build a community of Jewish women they can depend on throughout their lives.

Every sponsorship or gift of $1,000 or more will receive invitations to our exclusive November 19th event, "Sweat Equity," with the founders of Soul Cycle, Flywheel, and 305 Fitness; and a hardcover "Planning to Change the World" journal where, after you've been inspired by the Summit, you can jot down your own plans to make a difference.
