L. All advertisements with a column height of18.5 inches or greater will be considered a full (21”) column. Investment levels indicate annual investments in The World Company products and services. An advertiser has 12 months to fulfill the investment agreement. If an advertiser should not fulfill the investment agreement they have signed, they will be rated at the appropriate earned level. Advertisers on revenue level contracts may run in other community newspapers owned by The World Company without signing a separate agreement. Paid Position: Advertisers who request and receive preferred position on Page 3 or in Main News will be charged an additional 15% premium charge. All positions are subject to availability. No guarantees are made for position on a certain page. Also, there is no guarantee that competitive advertisers or merchandise will not appear on the same page or facing page. The Journal-World attempts to maintain equity to all advertisers within the constraints of space and deadline limitations. Advertisers’ volume and consistency are taken into consideration though not exclusively when assigning positions.
