brief for this commercial + residential studio was to design a residence & a commercial space, in a given 2 storeyed building, and draft a complete set of working drawings for the same. The set of followed drawings are hand drafted.

brief for this project was to design a headquarters for a media production company as per the provided requirements amidst a commercial building unit.

adapting a library into lifestyle stores adaptive reuse
brief of the project was to adapt this 120 years old a.s.dahi laxmi library in nadiad, into a lifestyle store. the site is in-use and maintained library with regular traffic even today and a historical landmark divided on 3 floors; walk-out basement, ground floor and first floor. the site is spread across 6130sq.ft. the brands proposed as the clients are raw mango and paro, as the site structure and the brand ideologies compliments each other.
design inspiration for the project
experience centre for an online essential oils brand commercial + hospitality (thesis)
brief for this hypothesis was to design a experience centre, not a typical retail store, as a physical manifestation of an online brand. an immersive space where customers can try out products with professional help, hence making it a spa-like setup. the experience centre is laid-out on 12,000sq.ft worth of two floors in a commercial building, located amidst a heavy-traffic business avenue at the busiest cross roads of the city.
