Views

I employed louvers to mitigate sun exposure on the building’s south-facing elevation, complemented by the integration of Solar Control Glass. Concurrently, I skillfully directed sunlight into the central atrium, enabling the cultivation of verdant spaces within the social areas.

The building’s design harmoniously aligned with the site’s accessibility, fostering a visual connection between pedestrians and the building.

The site is nestled within Amman’s varied social classes, each characterized by distinct professions. I crafted social spaces and co-working spaces to seamlessly restitching the three jabals via inclusive functions that promote innovation and social interactions.

The site offers sweeping vistas of Jabal Amman, Al-Muhagireen, and Jabal Al Akhdar. The strategic arrangement of functions capitalizes on these views, aiming to inspire people through compelling visual connections.

The open-design interior revolves around three pillars: Work, Socialize, and Multifunctionality. Circulation paths mimic urban connectivity, linking spaces and forging visual ties with the surrounding Jabals, creating an environment that stimulates creativity and collaboration. NOMAD TOWER High-rise in Abdali, Amman

Design Project | University of Jordan Year: 2021 Location: Amman, Jordan Superviser: Dr. Nancy al-Assaf Category: Mix use high-rise building Role: Individual Work Project Description There are very little high rise buildings in Jordan and it is only restricted to very specail regulated plots of lands for high rise buildings. The project aim was to design a high rise in one of these lands to see how it will affect the city of Amman. The Project site was the in Abdali Boulevard one of the most luxurious places in Amman. Concept To implement nomad life-style. From how they dont settle to how they construct their shelters. The building is made of two systems. One is static and the other one is movable. The static one provide the tower with the needed circulation “Horizontally and Vertically” The movable part will be units. These units are generated graphiclly from a 3.2*3.2 meter grid. The bodium came to be as simple as possible to handle the intensity of the composition.

SIMULATION MUSEUM A Museum near the Business Park, Amman Design Project | University of Jordan

Year: 2021 Location: Amman, Jordan Supervisor: Dr. Lamis Shaban Category: Museum Role: Individual Work

Project Description Innovative museum that reflects the advancements in technology. The site is located in the Business Park in Amman, which has many architectural languages. Concept Making a solid object shows movement , it changes the way we think about it. The cone shape represent the unknown depth of what humans can achieve. The movement of the cones represent the change the technology can bring to the community. The cubic masses are found to connect the gaps between all the cones which hosts the generic function in the building. Program Creation The Blue Area “Simulation” Its where the simulation occur. The inner space of the mass changes from a simulation to another which make the journey changes. The Green Area “Communocation” It is where the people gather. It lies between the simulation mass and the education mass. It has functions such as meeting rooms, caffe, theater. The Purple Area “Education” This exist so people can learn about the things that took their interest in what they see in the simulation mass.

SHADE, SHADOW AND PERSPECTIVE These are few of my archiectural art that shows strong skills such as understanding prespective, shades and shadows, reflection, scale, material, human expereince, optical illusion, colour usage, story telling, world building and graphical presentation techniques. The workflow consisted of 3 stages which are creating a concept for an existing image, manipulate it using perspective and shadow principles in autocad and then visualize it using photoshop.
