Matthew 10:32-33 reminds us of a crucial point, which states, "Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven. That sermon in Matthew was recorded and delivered to the twelve before they went out to the villages around them. Jesus' declaration to His disciples, past and present, seems pretty straightforward. That is to say, if you proclaim faith in Him on earth, He will proclaim faith in you before the Father in heaven but if you disown Him here, He will disown you there.

NO BODY IS A SELF-MADE For every growth of humankind, the relationship is one of the key things to consider. Nobody can say am selfmade, nobody helped me or I became successful all by myself. All of us, are the product of help. So, sometimes we fail to achieve our dreams because of failing to choose the right relationship. And, no relationship can leave you the same. It either lifts you or brings you down. John Maxwell said, ” every conversation is either feeding your faith or feeding your fear”. THE GUIDE ONLINE MAGAZINE
Every conversation is an exchange of energy, it either takes energy away from you or it is pumping energy into you. If you are not careful about the people you are spending time with. Don't be surprised when you are not fulfilling your dream anymore. To be successful there is no mysterious or magical just believe in God, work hard, change your cycle then adopt new friends who can motivate your growth.

our God is not the author of confusion, but of peace:( 1 Corinthians 14:33). I wonder why people who claim to have the same spirit, Lord, and the same faith are so confused with each other. Why did those confusions start? and what went wrong? why are we creating enemies? Neither the confusion is proper nor beneficial in the church.
Confusion divides, separates, and destroys God’s truth to people. Our God is the author of Peace and no confusion. The devil creates confusion to distort the truth coming into our minds. It is wise, that you test every spirit. God’s word is so important that it is crucial to have it on our minds constantly. Peace is what Jesus gives us (John 14:2), not what the world can give us.

DON'T LIVE AN EMPTY LIFE Don’t live an empty life, unfortunately many do. A lot of people waste their time doing nothing. And, when we tell them that they’re time waster,becomes aggressive. The problem which is facing African continent is that, many young people, don’t like to be told that are wrong. That is why many are time waster. Time is important and we must value time. We should program ourselves to do one things productive and be proud of it when the night comes.

A LOT OF PEOPLEWASTE THEIR TIME DOING NOTHING.
The problem with people in this days like to rely on orthodox behavior. You may not see that you are wasting time but the future will tell. The nature can’t lie that is to say the nature can’t hold unproductive creature. And the Bible is so clear that,” you reap what you sow. The feeling of emptiness to youth leaders are affecting our society at large. The current version of youth leaders in Africa is not a good version that the society can be proud of.
We have leaders who are selfish, prideful, arrogantly. That is why we still market, the same things during the political campaign. Because we have leaders who are not creative and there is no any initiative. And, to the churches, we still cries with the same problems. My fellow young leaders, we must wake up and take the lead, so that we can change the world.
TAKE NOTES DON’T HATE
WORK HARD FOR WHAT YOU LOVE. Working hard for what you love is what call passion, and working hard for what you don't love is called stress. And, this is mutatis mutandis to even relationships. That is to say, loving someone unconditionally or without the return is love whereby the passion becomes the spark of your relationship but loving someone conditional or expecting something return that is fake and can result in stress. So, then, love your jobs, and love everyone unconditionally. To young leaders and young pastors of this time. When you have the position, people will love you and will do anything for you.

And, not because they will love you but your position, fame, status, money, etc. So, as you get fame, fortune, position, and seniority. People will treat you better. And, they will do anything for you and even open doors for you and they will buy gifts and stuff without even asking you. And, you will be called amazing names such as the great, awesome leader, smart, intelligent, genius, library, bulldozer, etc. But remember none of these are meant for you. All stuff and names are made for the position or money you hold or the level you have achieved in leadership. Be careful. In this perilous time, the love of many has grown cold.
And when you find love today, stick to it. Many are fake be aware. They will love your money, fame, leadership positions, etc.

INFORMATION Sometimes we gather information from other people regarding certain issues and all our conclusions are based on the information corrected from certain people. Because of the conclusions made from certain pieces of information, people fight each other and make people permanent enemies without even questioning the quantity and quality of the information given.
And the Bible is reminding us that Proverbs 18:13;" He who answers a matter before he hears it, It is folly and shame to him". So, then don't be a fool be alert and unmask your offensive mentality.
And don't hide in emotions to conclude things.
Information is useless unless you know how to interpret it, and how to use it to tell appearance from reality. It is only fools who decide one matter after hearing something.

The tongue is one of the most difficult members of the body to control. The mind is critical in that it is never disengaged from our actions. We are influenced by what we see and hear since these things are stored somewhere in our brains. When we entertain certain thoughts, our emotions develop an affinity toward them, and finally, our volition is convinced that a relevant course of action is needed. This is the process of human decision-making. So when we renew our minds (Rom. 12:1, 2)we change our actions and the course of our lives.

ONE INSTITUTION MUST NOT OVERSTEPS ITS BORDERS AND COLONIES OTHER INSTITUTIONs. In each social transformation, tragedy occurs when one institution oversteps its borders and colonizes places with a distinct logic and dynamic. That is to say, governmental institutions should never be allowed to dominate spiritual or religious organizations. The impacts of one institution conquering other institutions in Africa have resulted in the collapse of many institutions, including government institutions, leaving our African continent in the dark and our society to become consumers, which is an addiction.
Because of that, our people have lost confidence even in their faith and have got birth to multiple leadership and political insecurities. Spiritual leaders can't collect the political leaders unless you use the parable to send your message to them. This is not okay. Leaders have confidence because confidence is a scarce commodity in an age of change.

BIBLICAL RELATIONAL
WISDOM.
We define relational wisdom as a God-centered, biblically grounded, gospel-driven form of emotional intelligence. The gospel is the motive, the pattern, and the power of relational wisdom. It’s the motive because what Christ has done for us inspires us to respond with grace. It’s the pattern because we look at how Christ lived, engaged people, and took initiative as our example.
It’s the power because through the gospel we gain access to the Holy Spirit, who can come into us and help us to replace pride with humility, anger with forgiveness, and so on. The gospel is the fuel for godly relationships. The main difference between secular emotional intelligence and biblical relational wisdom is the gospel.
Godly wisdom is always builds relationships. It never manipulates, deceives or misleads. Many pastors treat biblical wisdom as information that they impart
from the pulpit. But biblical wisdom is relational more than it’s informational. James 3:17 says that the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
