Booking Payment Terms
All confirmed Spring booking orders must be received by Lela Designs by October 30th,2010 for chosen Ship date of Jan 05, Feb 01, Mar 01, Apr 01, or May 01,2011
Lela Designs requires COD on all orders placed or credit approval. NET 30 will be granted with credit approval.
Please specify which collection(s) is to ship on each date. Lela Designs requires a minimum 15 day shipping window based on start ship and cancellatioin dates.
Order Cancellations and Revisions
Late Orders & In Season Orders Any order received after the sales deadline of Oct 30/2010 will not be guaranteed until you receive written confirmation. Late order requests will be held by Lela Designs for a maximum of 48 hours. After 48 hours if a completed order form has not been faxed or emailed to our head office, then the requested stock will be put back into inventory. Spring 2011 Shipping Period: Only ONE shipping date is permitted PER purchase order, unless otherwise agreed to by Lela Designs.
Confirmed booking orders may not be cancelled or revised after October 30th, 2010. Returns No returns are accepted. Any merchandise that arrives damaged will be replaced. We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Purchase Order Numbers Cancel Dates and Purchase Order Numbers are required on all bookings.
