NOTE: This system is non-chargeable. Do not attempt to charge this system. Charging it will damage the pickup and void your warranty.
The California U-BASS® comes standard with Round Wound Strings. For a tutorial on how to change your strings, view the California U•BASS® Round Wound String Set-up and HeliumX® Bridge Demo video.
Use a clean microfiber cloth and quality guitar spray cleaner. Kala recommends the Music Nomad Cleaning Kit which works great for gloss and matte finishes. Always follow the instructions provided with your spray cleaner.
We recommend that you condition your fingerboard one to two times per year to maintain its feel and integrity. Be sure to use high quality oil suited for musical instruments that is specific to the material and finish of your fingerboard. Always follow the instructions provided by the oil manufacturer.
