A number of planning studies have been investigated and options were explored to determine the most appropriate way of increasing the needs of the AIIC. As a result of those early phases, the redevelopment of the Durack site is now seeking a revised Notional Masterplan Approval indicating the existing as-built college buildings in its current location as amendment to the previous Masterplan approval together- with a stage 1 Development Permit ‘Material Change of Use’ to facilitate AIIC requirements.
