The circle which I was inspired from Bagua of the Taoists, symbolizes the pregnancy, the back layer is a magnet board, in the middle of the butterfly is a magnet bar, so the wings can move, which make the butterfly looks like a relief.
Chinese characters of the left show the slogan of the orange juice and show the brand of the tissue of the right. The left work from different kinds of packaging of orange juice. The right work from tissues which was produced by a multinational corporation.

I exaggerated the Chinese characters for convey some information and convey a kind of culture. Both found images, found Chinese characters.

Different blue packaging were use tomakes a diamond, aim to show: from well-designed packaging to trash like something from valuable to worthless, and through the artwork, it turns from worthless to valuable. Besides, using expensive diamonds compared with the waste plastic to show low material and high art.
The combination of ancient Chinese painting and modern collage techniques, showing different material, techique, strategy and era, between Chinese traditional art and contemporory art. Previously, the famouse traditional Chinese painting was preserved by a few rich people, now the exquisite copies can be possessed by normal people.
The theme of this work including change, enviormental polution,cosumerism. This work like a documentray to record what consumed nowadays, which different from thirty years ago, and will different from thirty years after; People were overwhelmed by so many comoddities. With the rich material, how about people's spirit life; Found material, found images, find Chinese characters. I like this formation: some buildings are higher and some buildings are lower, this building cluster to show a three-dimension space on a two dimensions paper. These plastic packaging from different kinds of beverage and tissue. These buildings are from the campus where I worked, and these packagings are from my studio, the students bring them there.

In this college, only the cleaners classifies the rabbish, but she sells them for money.
It shows the companies which produce these bottled water and juice, like Kangshifu, Wahaha, and Coco Cola.
It shows Tempo tissue from German; Yibin use celebrities, with their slogan which is the choice of national athletes; And a domestic company famous for its tissue named Xinxin Xiangyang.

I drew the blue sky and white clouds to make the buildings conect together. These buildings are landmarks of Zhuhai.
Packagings from Coca-cola, imported candy and chocolate, Qingfeng tissue and Vinda tissue.
QR code and bar code on the windows are the characyeristic of nowadys. Imported milk from Tailand
Again imported Lacheer milk from Germany, and Mengniu milk imply safety standards of domestic milk.
The black and white pictures are aim to add a layer to the work compared with colored ones. A little girl was to put in front of the scenery to add one more layer of space.
