Paris 2030, Sai, professor of Visual Art and her pupil Jack. SAI Did you go to 'The littel belt' recently? JACK What is it? SAI It’s an old Railroads, which use to go around Paris city. Closed in1985, it's became today a 'Museum Park'. JACK How can I reach it? SAI A new project, created multipal accesses, on the crossing points of the Paris main roads and ‘The littel belt‘. 'Fabrique' 1, as they call them, gives the access and activate the green walk of 32 km. Furthermore, they also represent Arts declinations, in six landmarks. JACK What can I do there? SAI You can experience 3 declinations of Arts. The first one is ‘The Alive Performing Art’.This is a place of representation, you will attend to an alive theater. Then, ‘The Sound Art‘ is a place of sound experience. You will travel to the sound engineer system. Finaly ‘The Pictural Art’ is a place of exhibition, where you will see the beauty of art. JACK Swag let’s go!

The project originates from reflections and conclusions drawn of a theoretical statement. With a view to an architectural proposal serving the wastelands, the study phase focused on understanding of the museum park and their function. Thus, research have made it clear that the museum park must be ablerespond in the first place to their composition of the course through the pieces of art, their insertion, and finally their scale. In addition, observations that the existing museum park is very far from the city. Paris, densse city, had some wasteland, like the small belt that crosses several districts of the city. Each neighborhood is composed of several structures all styles diferant. Thus, the architectural proposal made the radical choice to offer a walk and open sky museum, open to residents and artists, in order to promote a mix in the city.

This ‘Fabrique’ in the 14th borough, is in front of an old ‘Mon Rouge’ Station. The idea is to bring the visitors of the ‘The littel belt ‘ within presence of the sound experiance, thanks to a moment of sound creation. Using the conic concrete structure, the visitors will experiance of a new city’s sounds.

The first cone is made out of concrete, covered by a micro holes plates, giving to this place an absorbed sound. The second one is totaly made out of concrete, that create a sound refraction, and make an diffracted sound.

The essence of the project is to rethink the future of education in the face of the extreme development of MOOCs and a hyper-connected educational network. Online courses are developing today in schools around the world and tend to imagine a privileged way to teach and learn in the campus of the future. Thus, students will be able to take the courses of their choice in any university. But in this project utopia, the notion of school as we understand it today is called into question and gives way to a new «Swiss University». If the MOOCs allow students to study from home, this leaves the question of the future of the infrastructures of the different universities. Thus, the project proposes to concretely confront this utopia with the site of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and to imagine it as the new central place for the exchange of knowledge and connected to different satellites distributed throughout the Swiss territory. The project requalifies the superstructure of origin in major axis of the campus to make a physical and visual connector from EPFL to UNIL. This hyphen thus makes it possible to create a campus on a large scale and no longer two neighboring entities. This artery becomes the new «Student Center» and functions as an attractive public street. It represents the symbolic showcase of education and exchange between students.

23

Espace rĂŠutilisable 28%

28 % reused space

CONCRETE UTOPIA By entering the phase of concrete utopia, the project had to confront the EPFL site and its constraints. The idea was to identify the different spaces on the existing campus by classifying them into two categories. The first is the one called "reusable spaces" and represents the spaces that have become obsolete following the development of the MOOC. It includes rooms such as classrooms, auditoriums, offices and conference rooms. The second is "conserved spaces" and groups together the different spaces considered necessary despite the change of teaching implemented in the new EPFL campus. Labs, cafeterias, workshops and shops can be named

water industry . porto Marghera . Venice year

2ndsemester 2015.16

place

EPFL, Switzerland

The location of this project in Porto Margera is important because this is one of the places that create the current disconnection between Venetians and the water. For decades during the 20th century, the industrial activity in Porto Marghera heavily polluted the lagoon. At the same time, however, this place also hosted Venice's most recent economic boom. The surviving structures, the industrial ruins, have value not only as a manifestation of collective memory, but also as a site with significant architectural potential. The project presented here is perceived not as an answer to all of the lagoon's pollution problems, but rather as a symbolic and exemplary project that could be reproduced in other locations while becoming part of a water depollution system across the lagoon. The project proposes the symbiosis of two contrasting programmes that are nonetheless linked to a common theme: Water. First, a thermal bath complex would be a good programme to introduce, for it would foster a closer relationship between the Venetians and the waters that surround them day in and day out.Second, the programme of a water treatment plant that exploits the growth of seaweed would create a connection to the chosen site and make the project socially, ecologically and economically relevant.

According to the system proposed in the project, water is fed into a system of transparent pipes directly from the lagoon. The pipes contain the cultivated algae. Being exposed to the sunlight, the algae begins to grow, cleaning the polluted water running through the system in the process. At the end of this process, clean water exit the system and can be used for the termal baths.

place

Nagoya University , JAPAN

This project start on an old traditional Japanise site. This site, used to be an shrine and an gesthouse for the royalty. All this japanese constructions, was made in the 17s area in Nagoya.

My vision, for this site, was to preserve the traditional Japanese buldings and link the differants areas by Green Spaces and one Roof-line. The New project will take shape out of the fluent harmonization between existing architecture and natural environement. I wanted my architecture to be the kind of place were people could come and feel like they were strolling through the «Forest». The new consruction will not

be one entire open

space, but various incloses spaces mixing differants activities. In such ways the surrounding natural environment penetrates the building.

This project is refering to this japanes terme of «ENGAWA», mining inbetwen outside and inside place

place

Nagoya University , JAPAN

This project is located in the suburbain zone in Nagoya city. the maint goal of this project was to analyse and revork the existing japanese «super bloc». This super blok representing japanes traditional way of building after 1960. the small building tall of maximum two flores are folowing the mane rood and inside the rood are realy small and there is no pedestrian way. For this project the goal was to create a new pedestrian street.Working with the existing green spaces and empty parking plots in order to create a Green

pedestrian

Network. For that I imagin a modular structure that can be made by the habitant them self in order to give them this free to do wath they realy need. The projec's annalyse, is showing them the empty places, that they can use and they decide wath tey realy want to made there. this project is also showing the missing programes in this super bloc and they againe they decide to made it or not. The new modular infrastructure offers to the neighborhood a new life and many activities for the older population as well as for the younger ones, that connect all the generations

2nd semester 2012.13

place

Val-de Seine, Paris

This project began with the analys of this site which is a buffer space between the new district of the 13th and the 13th historical. In my study of the site I notice that this space is multidisciplinary and therefore requires an architectural project that develops this thematic of differance and resemblance.

I decided to start, from the existing small house and continue my architecture on the blind wall also existing. For this, I chose to use an abstract form such as an origami, this form adapts to all the existing forms.

This project represents a music high school for 300 students. The movement is one of the main elements that makes the organic architecture alive, dividing the site into three major parts.

51

This project is an origami that communicates with the exterior spaces and which also creates buffer spaces between the exterior and the interior of the project.

EPF Lausanne

http://www.artymath.org/24-oeuvre/

Artymath supports and develops urban artistic concepts. This work is a metaphor for the flagship activities of the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, and is based on the duality of emotion and reason.

It aims to immerse passers-by in a world where intuitions and demonstrations, sensations and reasonings, colors and inscriptions, art and science are intermingled.

I was a Student in Master of Architecture at EPFL. That was my semester work with the

Prof. Marilyne

This team helped me to discover, how the light is working and they helped me to find the right design for this project that was at the end of the semester presented to the EPFL administration.

For this project, I learned how to use and made calculation whit DIVA / Rhyno, sunlight calculation. Thank to this I can analys the existing light inside the tunel and tell where we should make more light. This calculation also is depending of the saisons. In winter the sun intensity is tvase less light than in summer. Thank to this analyse I also thought to make the light connect to an outside detecteur, in order to calculate the light intensity dependent of the outside light.

Architectural possibilities are unlimited and should take in consideration that water could offer a new way of interact with architecture. this house is changing with the seasons. The picture on the last line showing my design proposition for an pavilion in Italy for a privet client .

At KKAA agency in TOKYO, I have the opportunity to by a project-design manager. My first project was to create different master plan proposals in Odaiba Tokyo. My own proposal was subsequently presented by Kengo Kuma himself to the client. On this project I decide to preserve how much it°s possible of the existing landscape and create different levels. on my second project the team was working on MahaSamutr complex and they design me to be the concept-design manager of the gate. I had to find the right design and after thinking how we can build it. with a help of one engineer.

In the office of Junya Ishigamy, I was chosen to work on the Guggenheim Helsinki competition. Before any project I start by annalizing the site as well as the operation of the world's largest museum. once the museum system was included as well as the finished site analysis I was able finally to pass on the proposals of organization and design of the new museum.

I loved to create different proposals of concepts, the agency did everything so that all the imagination was stymulated. a few times I had to provide in one hour a hundred proposals, this technique really allowed me to totally release myself from an estetic point of view and just produce a maximum to further more concretely. The site was located in Helsinki, Finland, in front of the old market and the Baltic Sea.

I was lucky enough to have one of my proposals chosen by Junia Ishigamy, which was then studied by the whole competition team.

This internship was my first in the architecture. In this one month, I worked on diferants projects. I'm realy glad now to see some of this projects on diferants famous site: designboom, A13 ... one of them was a design for guinguette typology in Paris. All the projects that I had to work on, was really original, and some realy utopic.

This architect juste let me be

inventive and thank to this new ideas and projects come out of this office. Organic, all the projects of this office tryed to create an urban recreation space. The architect began his career as artistic agent of the urban landscape, using the massive planes of the city to understand the communicative power of the built form.
