area: 11,000 sq. ft. client: mr. chandrakanth location: mandya, bengaluru – mysore highway Serving as a possible landmark on the Bengaluru – Mysore Highway, the 11,000 sq. ft. food court caters to 150 persons with a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces with 8 food outlets and spacious toilets for exhausted travelers.

atllantiss restaurant

area: 2,000 sq. ft. client: ternate hospitality pvt. ltd. location: 2nd floor food court, reliance mall, aundh, pune

Atllantiss is a stand alone multi – cuisine restaurant with rich interiors and cozy ambience in a Reliance mall catering to 77 persons with a 480 sq. ft. kitchen and a fashionable bar attracting high end crowd of Aundh , Pune. The restaurant design development centered around a function able and modern kitchen followed by accommodation for spacious seating.

eon cafeteria - pod a

area: 35,000 sq. ft. client: panchshil realty location: eon business hub, kharadi, pune

EON business hub at Kharadi , Pune is divided into five pods each having its own cafeteria. POD A Cafeteria caters to 1125 persons with several live counters and nine different seating sections keeping in mind spacious passageways and queuing areas to avoid a feeling of congestion and crowd. Designed in a white theme, marbles, tiles and granites with a white element are used for cladding and flooring with sufficient lighting to enhance the effect.

area D at mandya food court area D consists of four counters for juice,

ice cream and tea/coffee centered around a column perch and three side perches. Counters are marble clad with tile clad ledge walls(tight joints and smooth finishing.

feature wall on entering the cafeteria, one walks along a feature wall marble clad with wall scones, m.d.f. screens and kiosks providing a grand entrance.

tuck shop tuck shop provides snacks and beverages with four counter shelves and a black mirror clad rear end wall having a lowered false ceiling distinguishing it from the rest of the cafeteria.

wash basins wash basin area consists of ample amount of wash basins with running mirrors above the wash basin counters and bisazza clad rear end wall to enhance the entire wash basin area

unicon temple view

area: 9,500 sq. ft. client: unicon shelters location: basavanagudi, bengaluru

Unicon Shelters Temple View is a four storied residential building with a 3bhk apartment on the first , second and third floor and the fourth floor has a 2bhk apartment with a gym and party hall as well common to all the residents of the building.

A-3 is one of several bungalows in The Ridges at Bhugaon, Pune possessing three levels with a lake view and a peaceful environment. Four bedrooms with a spacious living/dining area and swimming pool highlight the design of the bungalow giving it superiority.

area: 1600 sq. ft. client: mr. dalmiya location: 4th floor, pristine luxor, kalyaninagar, pune Altercations in internal civil work were made to create a spacious three bedroom apartment for a family of five. Master bathroom is enlarged to incorporate a lavish feel and a long living/dining area adds to the volume of the apartment. Italian kitchen and rustic terrace are some of the other highlights enhancing the rich interiors of the apartment.
