Our Coaches Chris Horsley – Head Coach Chris’ tennis career began in Sydney, where he trained at the Australian Tennis Academy, achieved a national youth ranking, and competed professionally for 4 years before focusing on coaching both nationally and internationally. With more than 16 years’ experience, Chris is able to provide highperformance instruction and training programs to suit any player’s goals and requirements.
Zuzana de Widt – Coach Zuzana was born and raised in Slovakia. Her love for tennis started with her parents owning a tennis centre. As a junior, Zuzana was ranked 10th in Slovakia and reached an International tennis federation ranking of 120th in the world whilst playing on the European circuit. Zuzana also finished a Masters Degree in Physical Education, specializing in tennis coaching. In 2009 Zuzana emigrated to Australia and continued working with young players around the North Shore area.
Hadi Darvishomrani – Coach Hadi has been involved with the development of high performance junior tennis players in Iran and Australia over the last 10 years. In addition to his impressive tennis coaching credentials. Hadi is also a certified Personal Trainer and brings a holistic approach to his coaching that includes match psychology, injury prevention and giving his students a physical and mental edge on the court.

Ladislav Kis – Coach Lars Kis, former coach of Novak Djokovic and Johanna Konta, returned to Australia in July 2017 to work with Australia’s elite juniors. Lars currently mentors four of Australia’s top ranked junior female players here at QTSC and has been instrumental in setting up an advanced training program for the Queenwood students. Lars was himself a formidable match player, ranked No 1 in Australia Under 16s and No 2 Under 18’s behind Mark Phillipoussis.
Harry Kelleher – Coach Harry began his tennis career on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, where he excelled at both club and school tennis. Harry was selected for the Australian schoolboys tennis team in 2011 and gaining a ranking of 6 in NSW under 18s. His success in his junior years helped him secure a scholarship to the US to play college tennis at the University of Texas at Tyler whilst studying a physiology and exercise degree. In his senior year, he was awarded the American Southwest Conference MVP and was ranked 26th in NCAA college tennis nationally. Back coaching in Sydney, Harry provides a level of motivation, maturity and relatability to aspiring players which makes him a great role model.
Fernando Ibarrola - Coach Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Fernando now lives on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia.
