THE PORTAL IS OPEN FOR VARIOUS SCHOLARSHIPS FROM UGC AND AICTE and the CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, for the year 2024-2025
1) Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships (CSSS) (I year UG Students ONLY)
2) UGC – Special Scholarship Scheme (Ishan Uday) (All I year UG students from North Eastern Region)
3) UGC - National Scholarship for PG Studies (All PG students)
4) AICTE – Pragati Scholarship Scheme (I year / II (Lateral Entry) B.Tech.
Girl students ONLY)
5) AICTE – Saksham Scholarship Scheme (I year / II (Lateral Entry) B.Tech.
Specially abled students ONLY)
6) AICTE – Swanath Scholarship Scheme (B.Tech. students who lost either of the parents during Covid ‘19)

www.scholarlships.gov.in) It is mandatory to obtain One Time Registration (OTR) ID for submission of online applications for various Scholarship Schemes available for UG /PG students for the academic year 2024-2025
PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING ONE TIME REGISTRATION (OTR) ID
1.OTR can be generated using Aadhaar
2.An active mobile is mandatory for OTR
3.Once allotted an OTR ID, students can apply for Scholarship Schemes available at the National Scholarship Portal (NSP)
4.Upon successful registration, a reference number will be sent on the registered mobile number
5.Download and install NSP OTR app and Aadhaar Face RD services on android based devices
6.Perform the face-authentication using the generated reference number of OTR sent on your mobile number
7.After successful face-authentication OTR will be generated
8.One OTR ID is allowed per student
Saksham Scholarship
2024-2025 (both Fresh & Renewal)
(Exclusively for I B.Tech. / II B.Tech.(Lateral Entry) Students)
Specially Abled Students admitted into I year B.Tech. or II year B.Tech. (Lateral Entry) Technical Courses during the current academic year 2024-2025 shall apply online
Specially abled student having disability of not less than 40% (proper document to be uploaded)
Family Income from all sources should not be more than Rs.8 lakhs per annum

Swanath Scholarship
2024-2025 (both Fresh & Renewal)
(Exclusively for all B.Tech. degree courses)
The candidate should be from any one of the following Category:
a) Orphan b) Either or both the parent died out of COVID’19
c) Wards of Armed Forces and Central Paramilitary Forces martyred in action (shaheed)
d) Family Income from all sources should not be more than Rs.8 lakhs per annum
Students who have received the Scholarship for the last year shall complete the renewal process online.
UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION (UGC)
Ishan Uday Special Scholarship Scheme for North Eastern Region
(Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Meghalaya,Tripura)
2024-2025
(Exclusively for I year UG courses)
students who have passed Class XII or equivalent examination in 2024 from a school situated within NER through a recognized Board of Education including Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
The income of the parents of the student should be below Rs.4.5 lakhs per annum.
Student should have a valid Domicile Certificate of any State of NER
(Exclusively for Students belonging to
All UG & PG students belonging to ST community The Family Annual Income of the student should not exceed Rs.6.0 lakhs per annum. Shall not avail any other scholarship scheme of the Central / State Government for the same study.
