They are in charge of form time and what goes on during form.

The word transition is the process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another. When we come from primary school to high school we have different times to start lessons. We
have different lessons and have a timetable that we must follow. We also finish school at different times, for example on Fridays we finish at 12:30 after house time. In house time we come together as a form and discuss things that have happened throughout the
week. We can also talk to our progress leaders about any worries that we might have. We no longer just have one class teacher!
It makes you look like an intellectual person… part of a diverse group, a school. It takes less commotion on trying to find a proper outfit from home, to wear. Also, when you wear clothes from home other people might bully others because of what they are wearing and also you might get jealous because they are better dressed than you. It also states that you’re organised because you are in school and ready to learn! School is for studying and learning, it isn’t a playground to have fun in. Respect your education! Uniform defines you as a civilised person. A mature human whom respects their learning and that way they’ll fly through success because they’ll be more concentrated on work than worrying about their clothes. Mca xtra is rather your club or your ESA ( English , Maths or science ) there are all sorts of clubs like : Boys football , girls football , cool cooking , Bombay bad boys cooking , sewing club and many more . You do your ESA instead of homework it also gives you blast points. you get 10 blast points which is equivalent to a £1 at the end of the half term your house counts all the blast points and which house has the most points has a celebration and can spend it on what ever they want for example : domino’s pizza , kfc , inflatables . With lots of blast points you get lots of elebrations !!!!!
Is for you can do it you can always do it if you just believe you can, and if you put effort in what you are struggling to cope with you will be able to get there.
