Students research international cuisine, prepare a 2 course meal from the country of their choice, and evaluate the cost, nutrition and success of their dish. How many marks available? 80 (Research = 25 marks, Carrying out the task = 40, Evaluating = 15) When will this be complete? March 2015 Any other information you feel may be relevant… One coursework task has already been completed by students in year 10 – the marks for this make up the remaining 20% of the full grade.
