Police volunteers: Appropriate Adults

VOLUNTEERS WANTED Police and Crime Commissioner Tony Lloyd is calling for volunteers across Greater Manchester to become Appropriate Adults.

Appropriate Adults provide support and guidance to young and vulnerable people who have been arrested and have no parent or carer to call on.

Without local people willing to give up their time, we wouldn’t be able to provide this important service.

So if you’ve got a little time to spare and want to make a difference then apply to become an Appropriate Adult. Full training will be given.
