Can I thank parents for attending the parent information sessions this week; we hope that you are now more informed about the Inspire Curriculum and the forthcoming external KS1 assessments. It was lovely to spend yesterday focusing on reading and discussing our children’s favourite books. I would like to thank Miss Chick for organising a special assembly to celebrate World Book Day. As I am sure you are aware Manchester Communication Primary Academy is an inclusive school which means every child must have the opportunity to take part in every activity we offer. For this reason we do not charge for educational or reward trips and we provide everything a child needs to access learning. Yesterday every child could take part in World Book Day which was our aim; in the future we may do something different if I can ensure that every child can participate. As a new school we don’t have a lot of resources for dressing up so if you do have any costumes that are no longer needed or outgrown we would welcome them. Have a lovely weekend

Uniform Reminder Pleaser can you make sure your child is in full uniform always. o School sweatshirt o White Polo top o Black trousers/ skirt (with black/white or grey tights) o Black outdoor shoes o Warm coat
