1 oz Campari 1 oz Cinzano Rosso Vermouth Club Soda

1 Orange Twist Rocks or Highball Glass

Pour the Campari and vermouth into a rocks or highball glass filled with ice. Add a splash of club soda and garnish with an orange twist.

2 oz Premium Vodka 4 oz Tomato Juice 2 dashes of Tabasco

2 tsp Horseradish 2 dashes Worcestershire 1 pinch Celery Salt

1 pinch Black Pepper 1 pinch Smoked Paprika Pint Glass

Pour some celery salt onto a small plate. Rub the juicy side of the lemon or lime wedge along the lip of a pint glass. Roll the outer edge of the glass in celery salt until fully coated. Fill with ice and set aside. Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake gently and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge.

1 dash Cranberry Juice Cocktail Glass

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

1 Lime Wheel Martini Glass

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

1 dash Grenadine Cocktail Glass

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3 oz Champagne Champagne Flute

Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with the Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

1 Lime Wedge Highball Glass

Add the gin to a highball glass and fill with fresh ice. Top with tonic water. Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into the drink, drop into the glass and stir.

1 oz Orange Juice 2 oz Passion Fruit Juice .5 oz Simple Syrup

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a large Hurricane glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange half-wheel and a cherry.

.5 oz Baileys .5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey Guinness Beer Add the Baileys and Jameson Irish Whiskey to a shot glass. Drop the shot into a half-pint of Guinness Beer.

.25 oz Grand Marnier .25 Bénédictine 1 dash Bitters

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

.25 oz Chambord Champagne Champagne Flute Add the Chambord to a flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with a raspberry and a lemon twist.

.75 oz Lemon Juice Cola Highball Glass

Fill a highball or hurricane glass with ice and add all the ingredients except the cola. Top with a splash of cola and stir briefly. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Cherry Cocktail Glass

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Add all the ingredients to an Old Fashioned glass and fill with ice. Stir until cold and garnish with an orange half-wheel.

4 dashes Bitters 1 tsp Sugar 1 Orange Wheel

Splash Club Soda 2 oz Bourbon Old Fashioned Glass

In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle the bitters, sugar, orange wheel, cherry and a splash of soda. Remove the orange rind, add the bourbon and fill with ice. Garnish with a fresh orange wheel and cherry.

2 oz Pisco Barsol Quebranta 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice .5 oz Simple Syrup

1 Fresh Egg White Angostura Bitters Highball Glass

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass or Champagne flute. Garnish with a lime wheel and 3 gentle drops of Angostura Bitters, which will settle in the foam of the cocktail. Using a straw, swirl the bitters into a simple design.

3/4 oz Spiced Rum 1/4 oz Blackberry Liqueur 1/4 oz Cr èma de Banana Liqueur

2 oz Orange Juice 1/2 oz Grenadine 8 oz Crushed Ice

Add Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, blackberry liqueur crème de banana liqueur, orange juice, grenadine, and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until slushy and pour into glass.

Sugar 1.5 oz VS or VSOP Cognac .75 oz Cointreau

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice 1 Orange Peel Cocktail Glass

Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with sugar and set aside. (Do this a few minutes ahead of time so the sugar can dry and adhere well to the glass.) Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a piece of orange peel.

1.5 oz Tequila, chilled 4 oz Fresh Orange Juice 1 dash Grenadine

1 Orange Slice Highball Glass

Add the tequila and then the orange juice to a chilled highball glass. Float the grenadine on top and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

1 oz Grenadine Lemonade

Fill half of the glass with ice the add single measures of Bacardi, Archers, Blue Curacao, Grenadide. Top up with lemonade until the cocktail turns ultra violet in colour.

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a cherry and/or lemon wedge if desired.

1 1/2 oz Rum 3/4 oz Orange Liqueur 3/4 oz Lemon Juice Combine all the ingredients in a Boston shaker or cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain the contents into a chilled cocktail glass.
