LeaderSHIFT is a transformative educational experience for early- and mid-level managers, women looking to move into the executive ranks of their organizations, take on more responsibility, and lead others through successful projects. Is that YOU? LeaderSHIFT is professional development for female managers with at least one (1) year supervisory experience of direct reports. LeaderSHIFT is dynamic on-campus sessions incorporating: • • •
Independent study, Group activities, and Cohort engagement.
Self-directed study between sessions enables you to apply what you’ve learned in your office, team, or community organization.

After LeaderSHIFT, you’ll be able to:
LeaderSHIFT is offered in two cohorts during the 2018-2019 academic year at Columbia College:

Identify your own leadership style and habits,
•
Recognize leadership opportunities, and
•
Develop strategies for taking the lead in your organization.
Guest presenters include subject matter experts in health and wellness and oneon-one coaching sessions complete this you-centric curriculum.
Gain Credit LeaderSHIFT offers graduate-level learning with scholarship review and case study analysis. Students can earn up to three (3) credit hours toward a Masters in Organizational Leadership when they select the graduate tract of the program.
