Our Logo Our logo is a very valuable asset. We are proud to have such a welcoming, friendly logo & we must treat it nicely. These guidelines show the correct treatment of the Athena Network logo in all printed publications, collateral, advertisements, promotions, packaging, and manuals. It is also to be used onscreen in web and mobile application.

alternative logo options The simplicity makes the logo stand out. The logo should always be as clear as possible, without distraction from other visual elements. The logo doesn’t do well on it’s own, and asks not to separate its elements, or use any part of the graphic alone without asking nicely first.

minimum size & clear space Our logo likes to get up and close with its patterns, sit in the middle of words and be the center of atttention. But it also needs some space to breathe, and asks to require the minimum space around it as indicated. Our logo is very important, so be sure not to hide it away so that no one can see or read it.

The original logo must not go any smaller then these measurements. On screen, this logo must be at least 100px in width.

03 breathing room Our logo likes a generous area of clear, open space surrounding it. It needs room to breathe, free of graphics, type, photographs or illustrations. It’s an integral part of it’s design. athena network branding guidlines 5
typography & color palette We have chosen a font suitable for print and that is also available for web. Branding is about consistency, and by using a font that is built utilizing a curve and round strokes, it makes our logo very happy. The color palette is meant to be simple and complimentary. It allows our logo to say, hey look at me.

Identity Our brand is very important to us. We have provided a collateral package that allows for us to show it off. Online and printed collateral are apart of our branding and we are giving them both a starring role. Branding is a good way to represent creativity and give us the freedom to try new things by keeping them fresh. Our colors and patterns make our brand fun, quirky and versatile, giving us that edge above the rest.

We have given them the freedom to pick (or mix) using our pattern theme to create a personalized stationery set. Using a simple template, they can choose the back side of their business card and letterhead to be a pattern of their choice. This also means a variety of outcomes are being sent out to the public.
