INTEL“FUTURE OF COMPUTING LIVE PROJECT

My concept uses Cloud Technology powered by a 4G network. The 4G enabled mobile phone is capable of setting up its own wireless network to communication data, program files and documents to the computer.

The computer benefits from reduced hardware and material as it is only a screen display with a keyboard input.

Security considerations to protect the users details include a transparent screen on the mobile that only becomes visable once activated by the users finger print. The computer also only becomes active when remotely turned on by the phone.

PHILIPS GROUP LIVE PROJECT

Team Phillips Express

We discovered the subject of hair removal to be a taboo, embarassing and awkward. We aimed to provide reassurance to parents and daughters through the experimental period. By providing choice - an electric shaver with multiple heads to allows young girls to find the best hair removal for them. A shaver with seperate purchasable heads allows Philips to continuously develop the range for new needs, functions and technologies.
