Executive Director

The River Center (TRC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit family and community resource center in Peterborough, has served the needs of children, families, and individuals in 10 towns in the eastern Monadnock Region for over 30 years.

TRC has an annual budget of approximately $500K, and operates thanks to grants, charitable giving, and support from the towns it serves.

TRC seeks a dynamic, experienced, and organized leader to oversee a small staff of fulland part-time employees and volunteers, and to coordinate all aspects of its operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3 years of management and supervisory experience in the social service sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Compensation is negotiable.

Full-time Laborer / Apprentice

The Antrim Water & Sewer Department is accepting applications for a full-time la- borer / apprentice Wa- ter/Wastewater Operator. Must be able to work independently and follow oral and written instructions. The laborer will assist the operator in performing skilled and unskilled work in the operation of the Wa- ter/Wastewater Treatment Plant, equipment, facilities and collection system. The laborer also assists the operator in performing manual labor and semi- skilled work in the maintenance, repair, construction and installation of water systems including pipeline, valves, fire hydrants, pumps, meters and service lines. Willingness to learn Computer and Arc- GIS. Required weekend for emergencies outside of normal working hours.

Requirements: Must have a valid New Hampshire Driver's License, be willing and able to obtain a NH Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Grade I certification and Water Works Operator, Distribution and Treatment Grade I certification.

The Operator performs skilled and unskilled work in the operation of the Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant, equipment, facilities and collection system. The Operator also inspects, maintains and repairs plant equipment, performs manual labor and semi- skilled work in the maintenance, repair, construction and installation of water systems including pipeline, valves, fire hydrants, pumps, meters and service lines. Computer and Arc- GIS experience or willingness to learn. Required weekend coverage of facilities on a rotating basis and response to service calls and emergencies outside of normal working hours.

Requirements: Must have a valid New Hampshire Driver's License, have a NH Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Grade II certification or grade I and the ability to get a grade II. Water Works Operator, Distribution and Treatment Grade I certification.
