Monadnock Worksource is currently seeking a part-time (approx. 20-25 hrs. per week) Billing Specialist in the Peterborough, NH area to support our mission of providing community life experiences that fostering learning and independence for adults with disabilities.
This position reviews all client units billed to Medicaid, verifies proper payment has been received, and investigates/works to resolve denied billing claims. Position can be 50% remote and 50% completed at Monadnock Worksource office. Applicants must have acceptable Criminal, DCYF, BAAS, and OIG records and registry checks. The Town of Greenville, NH is looking for a responsible and reliable person, to serve as the Planning Board's Administrative Assistant. This position requires customer service skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task, and extensive writing skills. The Planning Board must meet at least once per month and may meet more frequently. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation of meeting agendas, attendance at evening meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, maintenance of records and files.
Hours estimated at 10 to 20 per month at a rate of $20$24/hour, depending on qualifications. Additional daytime hours may also become available for the right candidate.

Duties include assisting customers and contractors locate and load materials, help receive incoming shipments and pick loads for delivery trucks. Prior forklift experience is helpful. Heavy lifting is required and excellent prior work history a must. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record. As part of the job requirement, a DOT medical card is required (employer will assist candidate in obtaining medical card). Saturday hours required on a rotating basis.
