Culture Caravan at PUP Sta.Mesa (M.H Del Pilar Campus) PUP Sta. Mesa campus students had a full-day of Korean activities as KCC visited PUP Sta.Mesa (M.H Del Pilar) last November 25 for Korean Culture Caravan. This is the third time for KCC to hold the Korean Culture Caravan in the university. In 2014 the first Culture Caravan was held by the invitation of Department of English, Foreign Languages and Linguistics. Also last November 2015, the culture caravan was held in the same campus by the invitation of PUP College of Tourism and Hospitality Management. This year the culture caravan was composed of three parts: K-Cooking Contest, K-Film Screening and the K-pop Dance Contest which were held at the Cafe Hasmin and Manila Room of the campus. The event ended with the announcement of winners and distribution of certificates to the participants. 2-1D, composed of Roselle Nikka G. Boy, Niño Rijanson C. Que and Eric B. Heraldo won the cooking competition. For the K-pop dance contest, the group COMRADE won the grand prize.

KCC Third Term Graduation

KCC’s third term class graduation will be held on Saturday, December 17 at KCC Wave Hall. Language class students at 9AM while Culture class students at 1PM.

KCC Welcomes Group Tours Korean Universities Conducts Education Fair in Manila

Several universities in Korea visited the Philippines last December 3 for ‘Study in Korea Education Fair.’ The event, which was hosted by Korea’s Ministry of Education, is a one-stop service event for foreign students. Filipinos who wished to pursue higher education in Korea got the chance to know about university admission process in the each universities. It featured consultation sessions on college admissions and preparatory courses. Scholarship opportunities for students were also discussed during the fair.
