Placing second in the competition is Aileen Kim’s version of Salmon Kimchi Kimbap and followed by Maria Dolores Narciso’s Andong Dakjjim, who placed third. Kimbap is a Korean dish made of steamed rice with various ingredients, rolled in gim (dried seaweed sheet). Andong Dakjjim is a dish originated in An-

dong City in Korea. It is made of chicken with potatoes, carrots and other vegetables marinated in Korean soy sauce.
