Graduation Ceremony The Center held its Graduation Ceremony for the second term of classes last August 25.
Launch of the ‘Window of Korea’ The National Library of Korea through the Embassy of the Republic of Korea launched the “Window on Korea” at the Rizal Library in the Ateneo de Manila University last August 29.
Hallyu sa Pinas: Global Hallyu Forum In order to identify and enhance the positive contributions of Hallyu in the Philippines as well as the Filipinos’ role in the further growth and expansion of Korean Wave in Asia and beyond, Korean Cultural Center is going to hold Global Hallyu Forum on September 14 at InterContinental Manila.

CHUSEOK Korean celebration for September
2012 Korean Film Festival Korean film festival will be held in Manila from September 18 to 23, in Baguio from 26 to 30 and in Cebu from October 3 to 7. Visit our homepage for the screening schedules.
KCC Book and Culture Exhibit in Ateneo KCC library collection exhibit and KCC’s special classes will be shown in Ateneo from September 24 to 26. The Korean Culture Exhibit concept will be a combination of KCC's library collection exhibit, special classes. We will inform you of the schedule in detail through KCC website as soon as possible.
Chuseok is one of the two most important traditional holidays in Korea, along with the Lunar New Year, “Seollal.” Whether you call it “hangawi,” using the indigenous Korean word, or Chuseok meaning “autumn evening,” the 15th day of the eighth lunar month is a time for celebrating the harvest, and enjoying the full moon.
