Xactly What You Need

Being Xact! There is one key component that all businesses should have, Xact Numbers! Bookkeeping affects all businesses no matter if you are a start-up or an established business. It should be a part of your tasks that can help you grow your business and hit your financial goals.

Xact Solutions Xact Numbers offers financial solutions that assist business owners with their bookkeeping and budgeting for their personal goals. This guide will give you the instructions on how to communicate verbally and visually to each target audience.

Our Xact Mission Our mission is to assist in the growth and financial freedom of solo-preneurs and small businesses owners through education and tracking of your financial affairs. 3

Target Segment

Start-up Entrepreneur

Busy Entrepreneur

Established Businesses

You finally take the leap into Entrepreneurship and you begin to get all the things you need to start your service or launch your product. You begin to look at all the money it takes to operate. You also see how much money you can make once you start spreading the word.

You finally start gaining momentum in your business! However, you take a look at your to-do-list and it continues to get longer and longer. You are now putting more hours into working on everything but the part you enjoy, the reason you started the business in the first place. After weeks of processing new orders and making sure your team has everything they need, you start to look at your bookkeeping to-do-list and you tell yourself, “I will knock that out over this weekend.”

Just another day at the office. You check your investments, you meet with your staff to go over updates for the upcoming week. You follow up with customers to make sure everything is going well. Your business is a well-oiled machine. The missing link is a phenomenal bookkeeper to manage your expenses and income.

Your first year looked pretty good, and you take your spreadsheet to your tax professional to begin filing your taxes. And SURPRISE, SURPRISE! They tell you it is going to be an additional cost to categorize all of the expenses you tracked. Not to mention you didn’t pay out any sales tax for this year because you didn’t know your products and services were taxable items and you didn’t track your mileage. You start to see that the costs begin to rise along with your blood pressure. The tax professional recommends that you should work with a bookkeeper to help you get organized to maximize your deductions and make sure you understand what is taxable and what isn’t.

The weekend is here and your family already has plans for you. You try to work on your books before bed, but now you find that you are too sleepy and you are making mistakes. So you close your computer and put it way until Monday. Monday comes and now you are back at it again with not enough time to enter your expenses, pay your vendors and file your quarterly taxes (federal, sales, payroll – just to name a few).

You begin to look for someone you can hire directly, but soon realize that the cost would exceed your current payroll budget. So you decide to look for a business that offers bookkeeping services and additional added services that you may need in your business. What a great feeling you get when you are working with someone that already understands and knows what your business needs when it comes to finances. You begin to write out what you need in a bookkeeper: basic bookkeeping skills, to pay taxes, process payroll, send/print reports, collections, and are reliable and honest.
