Quality and Structure of CAF Feedback Reports

KDZ Centre for Public Administration Research invites to the EFAC Practitioners Network. With the External CAF Feedback Experts (EFACs) – Practitioners Network the CAF Centre of KDZ hosts a format to bring together experienced EFAC from around the world to exchange professional experience and strengthening practical knowledge in delivering Professional External Feedback Procedures (PEF).
Target Group

External CAF Feedback Actors who want to boost their knowledge and hands-on approach in delivering Professional External CAF Feedback Procedures (PEF).
Objectives
• Setting the scene for international exchange and strengthening the EFAC network
• Continuous professional exchange of the EFAC Practitioners Network (all two months) in fast-lane online-sessions
• Sharing experiences and collect valuable insights from the other EFACs
• Boosting and further development of common practices in delivering PEF procedures
• Design and methodologies for CAF implementation
Content
In the upcoming meeting on 7th of June 2023, 2-3:30 p.m. (CET) the focus will be on assuring the Quality and Structure of CAF Feedback Reports
Eva-Sejrek Tunke, Austrian CAF expert and EFAC and Mimi Yotova, Bulgarian CAF expert and EFAC will give their practical insights in how to draft sound CAF Feedback Reports.
Following questions will be discussed:
• Overall structure and content of the CAF-Feedback Report?
• How to detail the evaluation on the ground of the 3 Pillars of the PEF?
• Formulation of improvement actions and key recommendations?
• How to provide added value for the audited organisation?
• How to provide feedback during the on-site-visit?
