The Assessment of CAF Principles of Excellence

KDZ Centre for Public Administration Research invites to the EFAC Practitioners Network. With the External CAF Feedback Experts (EFACs) – Practitioners Network the CAF Centre of KDZ hosts a format to bring together experienced EFAC from around the world to exchange professional experience and strengthening practical knowledge in delivering Professional External Feedback Procedures (PEF).
Target Group
External CAF Feedback Actors who want to boost their knowledge and hands-on approach in delivering Professional External CAF Feedback Procedures (PEF).
Objectives
• Setting the scene for international exchange and strengthening the EFAC network
• Continuous professional exchange of the EFAC Practitioners Network (all two months) in fast-lane online-sessions
• Sharing experiences and collect valuable insights from the other EFACs
• Boosting and further development of common practices in delivering PEF procedures
• Design and methodologies for CAF implementation
Content
In the upcoming meeting on 30th of March 2023, 2-3:30 p.m. (CET) the focus will be on the topic of Assessment of CAF Principles of Excellence. Ingeborg Maes, Belgian CAF expert and EFAC, will give her practical insights into the assessment of CAF Principles of Excellence. Following questions will be discussed:
• How to prepare the CAF organisations for the CAF Principles of Excellence assessment?
• Which documents to take into account?
• Overall approach in assessing the CAF Principles of Excellence?
• How to assess the different stages (Initialisation, Realisation, Maturity)?
