Reference The reference of the questionnaire is the ‘Ten steps to improve an organisation with CAF’ as defined. in the chapter entitled ‘Guidelines to improving organisations using CAF’ of the CAF 2013. The activities of each step have been adjusted and expanded to take into consideration the lessons learned from the relevant experiences at European level. The following questionnaire includes questions relating to the first six steps, which focus on the planning and implementation of the self-assessment process. Steps to be assessed The questionnaire covers the first six of the ten steps defined in the ‘Guidelines to improving organisations using CAF’ and is not meant for validating the scores. Evaluation scale The evaluation scale has five levels.
