EFAC Practitioners Network
KDZ Centre for Public Administration Research invites to the EFAC Practitioners Network. With the External CAF Feedback Experts (EFACs) – Practitioners Network the CAF Centre of KDZ hosts a format to bring together experienced EFAC from around the world to exchange professional experience and strengthening practical knowledge in delivering Professional External Feedback Procedures (PEF).
Target Group
External CAF Feedback Actors who want to boost their knowledge and hands-on approach in delivering Professional External CAF Feedback Procedures (PEF).
Objectives
• Setting the scene for international exchange and strengthening the EFAC network
• Continuous professional exchange of the EFAC Practitioners Network (all two months) in fast-lane online-sessions
• Sharing experiences and collect valuable insights from the other EFACs
• Boosting and further development of common practices in delivering PEF procedures
• Design and methodologies for CAF implementation
Content
The topics to be discussed will be decided by the participants. For the very first EFAC practitioners network on 12.12.2022, 3-5 p.m. KDZ experts Thomas Prorok and Philip Parzer will introduce the overall framework of this network and present the experiences of KDZ with the external feedbacks in several countries. Also practices for the external feedback procedure will be discussed in interactive ways. During this initial meeting the hot-topics for following sessions will be collected.
