Keegan Glade

At just 26, young entrepreneur Keegan Glade is the Business Manager at Stone Manor on 79th, a family-owned wedding and event venue located in downtown Overland Park, Kansas. Keegan is also a Pricing Analyst at Synergy Flavors, a global manufacturer and supplier of flavorings, extracts, and essences that create impactful taste solutions owned by the Carbery Group. Stone Manor on 79th is a unique venue for weddings and special events, located in the historic Strang Line Car Barn, which was initially built in 1908. The event space, completely renovated in 2023, showcases natural stone walls, a wood-planked barrel-roof ceiling, and stunning crystal chandeliers. As Business Manager, Keegan is responsible for overseeing the venue’s accounting, finances, and customer relationships. Since taking on this role earlier this year, he has been passionate about providing couples with a beautiful and memorable place to celebrate their special day. Keegan is dedicated to ensuring that each event is tailored to the couple’s vision, helping them bring their dreams to life. He also played a significant role in building the venue’s presence, attending the WedKC 2024 Spring/Winter trade show in Kansas City alongside a colleague to represent Stone Manor and expand its reach within the wedding industry. Keegan Glade began his career in 2021, immediately after college, joining Synergy Flavors as a Business Development GDP Associate. In this role, he collaborated with the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to strengthen strategic business relationships, target new business prospects, and increase revenue. His contributions supported Synergy Flavors’ three-year strategic growth plans, focusing on developing new opportunities and expanding the company’s market presence. As a result, Keegan was instrumental in generating more than $15 million in revenue and bringing over 12 new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
