At just 26, Keegan Glade is a dynamic entrepreneur who holds the position of Business Manager at Stone Manor on 79th, a family-owned wedding and event venue in the heart of downtown Overland Park, Kansas. In addition to his role at the venue, Keegan is also a Pricing Analyst at Synergy Flavors, a global leader in the manufacturing and supply of flavorings, extracts, and essences, which the Carbery Group owns.
Stone Manor on 79th is a unique venue for weddings and special occasions, located in the historic Strang Line Car Barn, built in 1908. This event space was fully renovated in 2023,
retaining the charm of its natural stone walls, wood-planked barrel-roof ceiling, and crystal chandeliers while offering modern amenities. As the Business Manager of his family business, Keegan is responsible for managing the venue's accounting, finances, and customer relations Since stepping into this role earlier this year, he has worked hard to provide couples with a beautiful and unforgettable space for their special day. His commitment to customer satisfaction ensures that each event reflects the couple's vision and dreams To further promote the venue, Keegan attended the WedKC 2024 Spring/Winter trade show in Kansas City in March, where he and a colleague showcased Stone Manor on 79th, expanding its presence in the local wedding industry
He began his professional journey in 2021, immediately after completing college, when he joined Synergy Flavors as a Business Development GDP Associate In this role, he worked closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to enhance and maintain strategic business relationships Keegan’s work also involved targeting new business prospects and increasing revenue, all while supporting the company’s three-year strategic growth plans. His efforts were instrumental in developing growth plans for Synergy’s business segments, which contributed to a diversification of its portfolio and increased revenue streams As a result, Keegan helped generate over $15 million in revenue and facilitated more than 12 new business opportunities with both new and existing customers His contributions were key to the continued growth and success of Synergy Flavors
