사용 방법 1. 환자 구강내 식립되어 있는 Fixture 또는 작업모델 내 Lab Analog 에 본 제품의 Scan Body를 끼운다.

Oral Scan Body 사용설명서 1. 제품개요

2. Scan Body를 Fixture 또는 작업모델 내 Lab Analog에 연결하기 위하여 Scan Body Screw를 10-20Ncm torque로 체결한다.

본 제품은 플라스틱, 금속 등의 의료기기 소재로 제조된 치과용 임플란트 시술기구이다.

3. 스캐너를 이용하여 Scan Body를 스캔하면 Fixture 및 Lab Analog 의 식립 방향과 차후 보철 위치를 확인해 시술 한다.

2. 사용 목적 및 성능

4. 스캔된 Scan Body 정보를 이용하여 보철물 디자인 소프트웨어 내 저장되어 있는 Scan Body Library와 일치 시킨다.

Scan Body 는 치과용 임플란트를 시술하는데에 사용되는 기구이다. 환자의 보철물 제작을 위해서 구강내, 작업모델에서의 치과용 임플란트 고청체 또는 Lab Analog의 식립깊이, 내부 커넥션의 방향, 동심도에 관한 정보획득에 사용된다.

5. Scan Body Library data에 맞는 Fixture Library data를 읽어드린다.

6. 읽어드린 Fixture Library data 기준으로 보철물을 디자인 한다. 멸균 방법 1. 비 멸균 의료기기이므로 Autoclave에서 Pre-vacuum과 Gravity중 선택하여 실시한다. (플라스틱 제품의 경우 170℃(338℉) 이상에서 멸균하지 않아야 한다.)

3. 보관 방법 직사광선이 없는 실온의 건조한 곳에 보관한다.

4. 사용 방법 사용 전 준비사항 1. 제품의 포장상태를 확인하고 밀봉 상태가 찢어졌거나 개봉되어 있는지 확인한다.

2. 알맞은 사양의 제품을 선택한다.

3. 제품의 외관에 흠이나 손상이 있는지 확인한다.

4. 본 제품은 비 멸균 의료기기임으로 사용 전 제시된 방법으로 멸균을 행한 후 사용한다.

Oral Scan Body Use Manual 1. Product description

This product is a dental implant surgical tool made with medical grade materials, including plastic and metal.

2. Intended use

Scan Body is a tool used for dental implantation procedures. It is used to acquire precise information regarding the implantation depth, internal connection direction, and concentricity of the intraoral dental implant fixtures or of lab analogs in work models for the purpose of producing patient prostheses.

3. Preservation

Store at room temperature in a dry location away from direct light.

4. Instruction for use

Pre-Use Preparation 1. Check the condition of the product packaging. Check if the seal is open or ripped.

2. Select a product with appropriate specifications.

3. Check whether there is any external damage to or flaw in the product.

Instruction for use 1. Attach this product’s scan body onto the fixture implanted in the patient intraorally, or onto the lab analog inside the work model.

2. Tighten the scan body screw using 10 to 20 Ncm of torque in order to attach the scan body to the fixture or to the lab analog inside the work model.

3. Scan the scan body using the scanner in order to verify the implantation direction of the fixture or the lab analog and to verify the future location of the prosthesis.

4. Using the information scanned from the scan body, harmonize it with the scan body library stored inside the prosthetic design software.

5. Read in the fixture library data that corresponds to the scan body library data.

6. Design the prosthesis based on the library data read in from the fixture.

How to Sterilize 1. Because the product is a non-sterilized medical device, select either a pre-vacuum or a gravity autoclave. (Plastic products must not be sterilized at or above 170°C (338°F).

2. Using surgical wrap, seal with autoclave tape, and sterilize.

Rev.1 12/2015 고압증기멸균의 효과적인 수행을 보증하기 위하여 주기적으로 biological indicator의 사용을 고려하여야 한다.(건조 열 멸균이나 화학적 멸균은 추천하지 않는다.) ① 10⁻6의 멸균 보증 수준을 위한 최소의 시간과 온도 증기 멸균 조건 ② 지역 또는 국가의 멸균 조건이 제시된 조건보다 상위의 조건일 경우 그 조건을 따라야 한다. 위 멸균 조건을 초과한 경우 플라스틱 및 구성품에 손상이 있을 수 있다. 제시된 온도를 초과하지 않기 위하여 멸균장비를 교정해야 한다.

사용 후 세척사항 1. 시술이 끝난 후 사용한 시술기구는 증류수 등을 이용하여 사용 후 세척 한다.

2. 증류수나 흐르는 물로 씻어 세척 후에도 남아 있는 혈흔 및 이물질을 제거하고 세척하기 힘든 곳은 Syringe 또는 pipecleaner 를 이용하여 세척한다.

기구의 마모상태를 매 수술 전에 점검해야 한다.

정상적인 창상치유 기능이 없는 환자

멸균 제품은 유효기간을 확인한다. 제품의 외관에 흠이나 손상이 있는지 확인한다. 표면에 일체의 외적인 접촉을 금지한다. 적절하지 않은 환자의 선정이나 시술은 임플란트 실패나 수술 후의 임플란트 주위 골 상실의 원인이 될 수 있다.

The surgeon must use the product only after becoming completely familiar with how to use the product and the relevant warnings, and must select products that fit the treatment plan.

If the above sterilization conditions are exceeded, it is possible that the plastic and components may be damaged. The sterilization device must be adjusted to ensure that the recommended temperatures are not exceeded.

How to Wash after Use 1. After the procedure, surgical tools that have been used must be washed using distilled water or other similar substances.

2. After washing by using distilled water or flowing water and rinsing, remove any traces of blood or foreign objects remaining.

Use a syringe or pipe cleaner for areas that are difficult to wash.

3. Following the instructions of the cleaner manufacturer, dilute the enzyme cleaner using tap water and, after ten minutes of ultrasound washing, rinse using tap water for three minutes.

4. Completely remove the moisture using a dry cloth or a warm-air circulator.

Patients who have unsuitable jaw relations or problematic occlusions.

6. Contraindication

Patients with serious internal ailments: endocrinal ailments such as diabetes or hypertension, circulatory ailments, and ailments related to the blood, organ, or immune systems.

Patients receiving high-level radiation treatment for malignant tumors or other reasons.

Paresthesia due to nerve damage or malocclusion, infection, edema, hypodermic bleeding, pain, or opening of the sutures, ulcer in the soft tissues, and other localized adverse reactions may occur.

Bone Loss, mucositis, perioiplantitis around implant Localized and general allergic reactions.

Smokers.

Check the packaging of the product and verify if the seal has been ripped or opened.

7. Side effect Using surgical techniques in a skillful manner minimizes the occurrence of complications.

8. How to Store and Maintain after Use

All surgical tools that were used must be immediately detached, washed, and dried, after the procedure, then stored at room temperature.
