IS-II active S.L.A. Surface S.L.A. (Sandblasting with Large grit and Acid etching)

IS-II active Surface

Macropore & Micropore

As making micropore in macropore, increasing contacted area with bone and helping blood mevement.

S.L.A. Surface

S.L.A.

SLA surface is the method that make rough surface by blasting on Machined implant suface with HA(HydroxyApatite) particle smaller than 50㎛, and oxidizing with acid. As making micropore in macropore, this makes increasing contacted area with bone(BIC ratio)m promoting cell’s activity. Shortening the contact time between bone and implant, reducing treatment period.

IS-II active Features IS-II active is developed with many researchs and Knowhow from clinical studies for 10years. S.L.A. surface treatment - Fast and strong Osseointegration Bioseal heal on fixture upper part - Preventing of bone loss by increasing soft tissue attachment Magic threa & coronal macro thread - Strong primary stability BioSeal Increase sealing of soft tissue, and Minimize bone loss

Coronal Macro Thread Excellent primary stability at cortical bone.

Straight –Taper Body *Easy Drilling and implant insertion *Easy self compaction at soft bone

Magic Thread The body is specially designed to endure vertical vertical force and lateral pressure effectively.

Apex Powerful and well-defined threads exist at the peak of the apex. Drilling power is remarkable and initial fixation at the apex is excellent to both immediate placement and immediate loading.

S.L.A. Surface No impurities on implant surface(No residual acid and cell toxic) Optimal Rough Average(similar rough average with straumann SLA R.A)

BioSeal Application of machined surface & Micro groove on 0.5mm of upper part. Bioseal is unique design to minimize bone loss by maximizing sealing effect of soft tissue

Coronal Macro Thread CPowerful and well-defined threads exist at the peak of the apex. Drilling power is remarkable and initial fixation at the apex is excellent to both immediate placement and immediate loading.

Magic Thread Magic thread (Reversed thread type) is designed to resist strongly against occlusive force and lateral force in the long term. So,Operator can experience stable insertion and strong initial stability

※ Length means actual length in drilling. Drilling is deeper 1.0mm than stopper length when stopper connected. Stopper is connected with drill by following signal.

Countersink C (Super Hard Bone) B (Hard Bone)

※ Used for IS Fixture, considering Cortical Bone Density, possible to use for IS-II in some case.

he depth controlling of countersink drilling is up to patient’s bone T density. In case that patient’s bone density is hard bone, depth is B line, bone density is soft bone, depth is A line. In case that bone density is super hard bone, C line is recommended.

Profile Tap Used for IS-II, IS-II active Fixture, effective for getting initial stability by tapping cortical bone. >>
