LOGO GUIDELINES
PRIMARY LOGO The Minh Phuoc logo is an important visual asset that symbolizes who we are, what we value and what we can offer to the customers. It also helps differentiate the pharmacy from the competitors. Our logo consists of two elements - the Minh Phuoc symbol and the Minh Phuoc wordmark. The Minh Phuoc symbol is a combination of the pill and the medical sign, which is simple yet powerful and memorable. The pill’s round shape brings a feeling of safety, security and trust to the viewers. The logo’s blue color represents confidence, intelligence, stability and sincerity. Blue has a much more calming effect on patients than other colors, and it is believed to help restore people’s health.

LOGO VARIATIONS 1. LOGO WITH SLOGAN In alternate version, the logo also includes our slogan - “Protect your health”.
2. COMPACT LOGO In some instances the full logo cannot be shown due to space limitations (website favicon), the compact version can be used.

LOGO VARIATIONS 3. REVERSED LOGO When the background’s color reduces the logo’s legibility (i.e.: background is blue), use the reversed logo.

CLEAR SPACE The logo should always be surrounded with a minimum clear space to maintain the logo’s legibility and impact. No text or graphic elements should be positioned inside the clear space.
The minimum clear space for our logo is equal to the width of four “i” in the wordmark. The clear space should be proportionally maintained as the logo is changed in size.

MINIMUM SIZE To ensure legibility and visual impact, the logo should never be smaller than the minimum size specified here. The minimum size is determined by the width of the logo.

In print, the minimum size is 25 mm for the primary logo/ 32 mm for the logo with slogan. In on-screen uses, the minimum size is 100 pixels for the primary logo, 120 pixels for the logo with slogan and 25 pixels for the compact logo.

LOGO MISUSE To ensure the logo’s integrity and effectiveness, don’t alter it in any circumstances. Always use the logo as it was created. Here are some possible miuses of the logo.
Don’t change the color of the logo
Don’t stretch the logo in any way.
Don’t remove the pill symbol from the wordmark.
Don’t change the position of the logo’s elements.
Don’t recreate the wordmark in another typeface.
Don’t outline the logo.

LOGO MISUSE Always think about the logo’s legibility when place it on a background. If the logo is hard to see, consider using another logo version or change the background.
SINCE 2000 Don’t add drop shadows or any other effects to the logo.
Don’t add any descriptions or straplines to the logo.
Don’t rotate the logo.
Don’t use the logo in a box or other shape.
Don’t place the logo on a background that reduces its legibility.
Don’t use a pattern within the logo.
