Staff Spotlight David has worked for the Residences for a little over a month, and has quickly learned the ropes of the Residences Tower. Born & Raised in Rhode Island, David now lives in North Attleboro MA with his wife and 9 month old baby Joseph. David enjoys eating out, especially at Italian restaurants. David’s favorite restaurant in Providence is Capriccio. Before starting at The Residences, David
worked as an On Site Supervisor for a construction company, so he has been assisting the Director of Engineering a lot with the maintenance of the Tower. In his spare time, David enjoys fresh water fishing. He even owns his own boat and is the VP of The Kent County Bass Masters Association. David really enjoys working downtown, and can’t wait for a view of Waterfire from the Tower. So far, his favorite part of the job is meeting all the wonderful Residents.

Resident Testimonial This month’s testimonial comes from a resident who made the decision to live here the first day we offered the Residences for sale…when the ground was still a park and not a skyline staple of Providence. Her level of excitement is contagious.
1. How long have you lived at The Residences? We have been living at the Residences for the past year and a half. 2. What were some features that made you decide on The Residences? Residences Features that we found attractive and helped in our decision making process were those unique to Providence. Magnificent views, beautiful interior amenities as well as Westin Hotel access to room service and all other services played a significant role. Beyond that (and an incredible bonus) is that without going outside the Providence Place Mall is about a 5 minute walk. I already shopped for beautiful cards at Papyrus, Nordstrom’s for shoes, and gifts at Tiffany’s. 3.
What would you like to share about yourself to prospective residents? Commuting anywhere in either RI or other states is a snap. My job takes me daily throughout New England and the 95/I-195 highways are right outside your door. We also love to meet new people and socialize.
4. What has been your experience when using the Concierge service? The concierge services have been nothing short of world class. 24 hour attention to detail and our needs is what we have experienced. Whether making reservations at The Westin Hotel, restaurants or handling the dry cleaning—to say we are pleased and satisfied is an understatement. 5. What do you think about the finishes & quality of your home? We have said many times, as well as others having commented on the outstanding construction as well as the architectural designs and layouts. Our 2 bedroom, den, 2.5 bath residence is perfect for guests and entertaining. High ceilings and tons of glass lend itself to spectacular city living. 6. Did you explore other living options before deciding upon The Residences? Yes, other Providence condo options were considered. In fact, we had a reservation somewhere else well before making the final decision on The Residences. 7. What would you say to someone considering the Residences? When speaking with friends and family about The Residences, they know we did our homework & are confident that this property is the best value currently in the Providence area.
