A: The monthly maintenance fees for The Residences Providence encompass significantly more than those of more traditional condominium homes. All natural gas-fired heat, hot water, sewerage charges and domestic water use are included. Common area lighting, including security and exterior lighting, snow removal, common element insurance, plantings and flowers and a state-of-the-art life safety, video cameras and access controlled security systems are among the budgeted items. The Residences has hi-speed, luxuriously appointed elevators to service our Residents and their needs, a recycling program administered per floor, central waste disposal and more. What truly separates The Residences Providence is the ultra-high level of personal service each and every Resident and their guests receives. We have a full staff of eleven professionally-trained personnel to attend to the various needs of our Residents, their guests and the operations of the building. Our uniformed staff of professionals consists of a full time General Manager, a central concierge desk staffed 24 hours daily, day porter personnel, a building engineer and maintenance and cleaning personnel. All staff members are uniformed and wear name tags. All have passed through background checks and meet the high caliber we strive to attain.
