Did you ever have your windows cleaned and then say, “I didn’t realize how dirty those windows were!”

What do dirty windows have to do with your daily performance? Your energy is like the window – you often don’t realize how unclear, unfocused, or scattered you are until you begin to take some positive action to clean out stressors and gain clarity . SuperCORE BreatheFit coaching offers you that positive action – a practice of breathing techniques that releases stress, clears brain fog, calms your nervous system, and opens the way for clarity in your work environment and daily life. Why is breath-work important for breakthrough?

Physically, you can live for several weeks without food. You can live for several days without water. But you can only live for several minutes without oxygen. When you are stressed, your breathing becomes shallow and you may even find yourself holding your breath. Imagine what this does to your mental function, your stamina for long meetings, and your ability to clearly transmit and receive information.

Oxygen feeds the energy cycles of our body and helps it to cellularly regenerate. When you are feeling stressed, tired, depressed, overwhelmed, or unsupported, breathing is the most efficient way to create a bridge to an overall sense of support, energy, clarity, and well-being. But here’s the problem: when you’re feeling stressed and overburdened, the last thing you want to do is sit and breathe – right? You might want to grab a cup of coffee, a cocktail, a cigarette, or a sugary snack. You might want to argue with a team member or blame someone for your stressful situation. These are “fight or flight” ways to avoid or deny the intensity of what you have to deal with at work. And they don’t help! They all serve to amplify rather than reduce your overall stress level. That’s where SuperCORE BreatheFit coaching comes in.

1. SuperCORE BreatheFit coaches recognize the importance of breath for stress release and for overall physical, emotional, and team health.

2. SuperCORE BreatheFit techniques are scientifically designed to release stress and build energy. They are like building blocks that stack on each other to create a desired outcome.

3. BreatheFit coaching is especially effective in a group. When the whole team is breathing together and releasing stress, there is a cumulative effect. Our coaches are trained to lead your team to a place of increased clarity, connection, and cohesiveness.

As BreatheFit coaches, we direct you to breathe using certain techniques and rhythms. Coached breathing will allow you to: Activate body awareness Access and release stored stress, fatigue, overwhelm, tension, and pain Harness the power of breath to move through obstacles and attain clarity Connect with your team on a new level
