Heritage Land Bank (often referred to as “HLB”) Point of contact Tim Niedecken Account goals Paid search, social media management, and our Web Development Team (often referred to as “Dev Team”) is in the process of designing a landing page/redesigning their website for them. Take note One of the tasks you will likely be assigned on this account is the responsibility of processing invoices for the advertisements via media that we secure for this client. You will be trained on how to do this and it is super important that you do this task carefully and well (mostly because it will save Dede in accounting a lot of headaches)! Direct Orthopedic Care (often referred to as “DOC”) Point of contact Dan Melvin Account goals Keeping their blog up-to-date using Wordpress and the almost complete redesign of their website. Take note What are they? A provider of urgent orthopedic care. For example, if someone knows for a fact that their arm is broken, they would want to call DOC instead of going to the hospital and getting referred to an urgent orthopedic care provider. In addition to all of the website stuff, we also run paid searches for them. Take note Callie Jo doesn’t play a huge role on this account, but it is still one to take note of. OD360 Account goals An OrthoDerm (https://ortho-dermatologics.com/our-team/) app that we are currently designing and developing. Take note What is it? Its an app that acts as a hub for pharmaceutical reps.

Windsor Dermatology Points of contact Dr. Jerry Bagel and Kylie Lewis Account goals Purchasing blogs for their website via BKA Content and scheduling blogs to post every Wednesday. responsibilities by client The following are some of the tasks that have been given to digital interns of old and while the scope of the responsibilities given to digital interns at GCG is bound to change and even expand over time, the jobs below are likely to remain the responsibility of you, the digital intern.

Windsor Dermatology Purchasing 4 blogs from BKA Content by the first week of each month. Optimally, we like to have the blogs written by BKA’s copywriters approved of by the client by the 15th of the month. Once approved by Windsor, we get the blog content copied over into Windsor’s wordpress and schedule one blog for the Wednesday of each week that month. One of the additional jobs that you will for this client is finding photos to use for the featured image on each of the month’s blog posts. The following are a few sites that we have found to be good sources for free images in the past: • • • •

If unable to find an image on any of the above sites that would be appropriate to use on Windsor’s blog, you can resort to purchasing a photo on Getty Images - just make sure to get photos approved by Callie Jo prior to purchasing them. After you find an image to use for each of the blog posts, you will need to resize each of them using Photoshop. We make it our goal to keep Rod (our point of contact for this client) happy by responding to all inquiries that come in over the course of the day by EOD. Direct Orthopedic Clinic Every month, DOC will send us 3 or 4 blogs that they would like posted on their website. You should have drafts typed up, approved by Callie Jo, and live on their site within 1-2 days following the date that you initially received them. All of their blog posts follow a certain format and you will, of course, be taught how to follow that format by Callie Jo.

people to familiarize yourself with While you should absolutely get to know every member of the GCG team, there are a few people that you will interact with more than others. Over the course of your internship, make it a point to get to know the people below. If you find yourself a little bored at any point throughout the day, send these people a slack and ask them if they need help with anything.
