02 PROMOTING UPCOMING EVENTS WITH INSTAGRAM STORIES Instagran stories are a great place to quickly promote upcoming events at The Grand Stafford to larger audiences. Use of the “Strong” font for text with a black outline is neutral and preferred. For more examples, see the story archive in the top lefthand corner of the screen when viewing our Instagram profile.
03 THIS WEEK AT THE STAFFORD At the start of every week, giving our followers a brief overview of what is happening at The Grand Stafford over the course of the week has proven to be an effective promotional strategy. This design was done with the Spark Post app mentioned in the brand guide, but a similar design can be accomplished with Instagram’s pre-existing story tools. Photos of upcoming performers with show details will usually follow this graphic. Examples of this can be found in our Instagram story archives.
04 MONTHLY CALENDARS Posting a well-done graphic event calendar at the start of every month is a great way to make our followers aware of what will be happening at The Grand Stafford over the course of the month! Posting the graphic on Instagram and Facebook stories has proven to be most effective and is easier for our audience members to screenshot. Adding this graphic to our Instagram highlights is encouraged because it gives our followers the ability to refer to the calendar after it has become unavailable on our story.
