Welcome to our 2nd annual Cowboy Kind production sale. We are excited to show you this year’s offering and appreciate the time you take to evaluate our cattle. Cody and I are extremely grateful to our partners and friends that make up our consignors list. We don’t take the commitment lightly and we can assure you that everyone involved has put their heart and soul into bringing together a set of cattle that will go out and make money for their new owners. We have brought together a powerful set of cattle, both genetically and phenotypically. As I read over some of my past catalog letters, I have seen some very common threads that run throughout the years. One is the challenges that face us in agriculture every year; I find it both humbling and encouraging that many of the same people have been with us at Burke Cattle for many years. I feel this says a lot for the program, but more for the toughness of our industry. No one can argue that 2020 has been a challenging and stressful year for everyone. We have seen many unprecedented things beyond our control. That being said, when considering all the uncertainty about COVID-19 and its restrictions, we looked at it as a great and logical time to move the sale to our ranch. We are excited to show you all our improvements we have made to our facilities. We are very thankful to have “Handy Andy” Sterud here, and without him, this could not have been possible. We are also glad to welcome back the Kevin Bremer family to the ranch. Cody and I would still be arguing about where to set the first post if it were not for these two guys. We are also very blessed to welcome Levi Zwirn to the Family! Levi and Morgan were married October 10th and we couldn’t be happier! Levi and his family ranch by Yuma, CO. Levi and Morgan have a great program started. They both have been a huge help to us with the sale and contribute a great deal to our operation. We took a great deal of time with this catalog, and did our best to organize and describe them to the best of our ability. We sincerely hope you can come view the offering in person. If not please feel free to contact us or any one of the sale staff and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
Respectfully,
Tim & Cody Burke

She is a full sister to one of the most successful females on the show road this year show by Kelton Arthur, who claimed top honors in Denver, Maine Jr. Nationals, Simmy Jr. Nationals and the Tulsa State Fair. But this wasn’t just a one-time home run; In 2018 we sold another full sister that commanded $66,000 and was successfully campaigned by the Taylor and Griswold crew. Here is your chance to own their full sister. Get on board with one of the elite to sell in this sale and this year. Welcome to the COWBOY KIND sale.
