HELLO! Thank you so much for your interest in hiring me as your wedding photographer! My name is Kelsey Crowley and I live in the beautiful city of Burlington, Vermont. I travel all over New England (and beyond!) to photograph weddings & engagements. I love that my job allows me to meet so many wonderful people and brings me to lots of great places! I love getting to know you so that when I come to photograph your wedding and document one of the biggest days of your lives, I will be there as more than just a vendor, but also as your friend. Please use this wedding guide as a way to become a little more familiar with me, my work, and what I offer. I can’t wait to get to know you and hear all about your big day!

Congratulations! You’ve already taken the first steps in booking your wedding photographer! Throughout this e-booklet, you will find more information about me and what I offer as a wedding photographer. If after looking through this you feel that I would be a good fit for you, I would love to chat! If you’re a local to Burlington, VT, let’s grab a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, but if you live a little farther away, Skype sessions are always a great way for us to meet too! When it comes to questions, there is seriously no such thing as too many! I understand that wedding photography is a big decision and investment, so make sure to ask away to get all of your questions answered!
My Story I truly am a New England gal through and through. I was born and raised on the coast of Maine, I stayed in New England throughout my college years, and now proudly call the beautiful city of Burlington, Vermont my home. I first started photographing couples back in 2011, but decided to turn my love of photography into a career when I attended Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2012-2013. After graduating at the top of my class, I jumped right into a busy career as a wedding photographer. I have photographed over fifty New England weddings throughout my career and can’t get enough of them! Outside of my career, I love spending time with family and friends. I believe that morning cups of coffee and evening glasses of wine are good for the soul. While I love relaxing summer days at the beach, I also welcome snowy winters for the opportunity to hit the ski slopes! I try to make the most of every day and feel so blessed that I’ve been able to make a career out of my passion!
My Approach Ever since I photographed my first wedding, I’ve been hooked. I absolutely love how each wedding, each couple, and each location is so different, yet share the common thead of love & joy that brings family and friends together in celebration. I understand that with my job comes a lot of responsibility and consider it an honor to spend such a special day with my couples. I love to photograph all of those gorgeous details you worked hard to plan out, but also believe there’s something so special in getting to capture those sacred moments that go by in an instant. I strive to create a well rounded collection of photographs from your wedding day– a blend of details, candid moments, and natural portraits.
I want to offer my couples so much more than just wedding pictures. I want to offer them an experience. From the first time we meet, to your engagement session, to your wedding day and everything in between, I want you to feel 100% comfortable with me and know that you are being well taken care of.

ENGAGEMENT S E SS I O N
For most couples, the engagement session is their first professional photography shoot together. It’s a great way for us to get to know each other before your big day, and for you two to practice getting comfortable in front of my lens... You’ll be pros by your wedding day!
We will work together to design an engagement session completely catered to you. It usually takes place in a location that is significant to you as a couple, or involves doing one of your favorite activities. Your engagement photos are your chance to show off YOU! For example, if your wedding is in a place that’s different from where you live, your engagement session can be a great opportunity to capture you two in your home city. While your wedding photos will be something special to cherish forever, your engagement photos are great way to capture more of the everyday you.

Albums are an investment, let me start with that. I completely understand that the price can be a little overwhelming. With all of the wedding expenses you already have it can be easy to pass on a wedding album and say you’ll print the photos yourself. Here’s why you might want to take the time to think it over a little more... The wedding albums that I offer are custom-designed, hand-crafted albums that you can’t get anywhere else. These albums have thick pages with exceptional image quality that are gauranteed to last a lifetime. The pages won’t rip. The color won’t fade. This is a book that will be a statement piece in you home, and will be flipped through time and time again when you want to look back on your wedding day. It will be flipped through by your children and grandchildren. You will have all of the digital images from your wedding day, but in the ever changing world of technology, a tangible album allows you to hold your wedding photos in your hands. Your album will stand as a timeless assurance that your photos will last a lifetime.
Frequenty Asked Questions WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COLLECTION OF DIGITAL IMAGES? The collection of digital images means that you will receive the highresolution digital files from your engagement session & wedding. You will receive a custom link to an online gallery where you can share, order prints, and download your high-resolution images from your wedding day.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR WEDDING PHOTOS? Within 1-2 days days after your wedding, I will post a few “sneak peeks” from your wedding on Kelsey Regan Photography’s social media pages. Within 1 month, you will have your complete collection of digital images uploaded to your online gallery.
DO WE GET ALL OF THE IMAGES TAKEN ON OUR WEDDING DAY? No, and trust me, you wouldn’t want to! Part of my job as a wedding photographer is to sort through the thousands of photographs taken throughout your wedding day. I discard the photos where people’s eyes are shut, their heads are turned away, the repeats, blurry photos, and any unflattering images that would only detract from the beautiful gallery you’re presented with after your wedding. What you and your guests get to see are the best-of-the-best, polished photographs that tell the complete story of your beautiful day. H OW M A N Y IM AGE S D O WE GET? Wedding collections average out to be approximately 75 images per hour of coverage. So for 8 hours of wedding coverage, your wedding collection would be no less than 600 photos.

Frequenty Asked Questions CAN WE ORDER PRINTS FROM YOU? Yes! You can order professional quality prints directly from your online gallery and have them delivered right to your door.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL? If the wedding or engagement session is located less than 100 miles from my home in Burlington, Vermont, there are no additional travel fees. If your location requires more travel, travel fees may occur on a case-by-case basis to be decided on between us. These fees may include (but are not limited to) mileage reimbursemnt, overnight acommodations, planet tickets, etc.
WHO IS YOUR SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER? Because I attended photography school in New England, I have a network of amazing photographers that work with me! I have a few great photographers that I choose from based on the location of your wedding and their availability.
WE WANT TO BOOK WITH YOU! WHAT’S NEXT? Yay! You’ve decided to have Kelsey Regan Photography document your big day. The good news is that the booking process is simple and can all be done online. Once you tell me that you want to book with me, I will send you over a contract and invoice. A retainer fee of $1500 is due to secure your date, and the remaining payment is due 10 days before your wedding.
