My name is Kelsey Crowley and I am based in Boston and travel all over New England (and beyond!) to photograph weddings & engagements. I love that my job allows me to meet so many wonderful people and brings me to lots of great places! I love getting to know you so that when I come to photograph your wedding and document one of the biggest days of your lives, I will be there as more than just a vendor, but also as your friend. Please use this wedding guide as a way to become a little more familiar with me, my work, and what I offer. I can’t wait to get to know you and hear all about your big day!

Congratulations! You’ve already taken the first steps in booking your wedding photographer! Throughout this e-booklet, you will find more information about me and what I offer as a wedding photographer. If after looking through this you feel that I would be a good fit for you, I would love to chat! If you’re a local to Boston, let’s grab a cup of coffee or a cocktail, but if you live a little farther away, video calls are always a great way for us to meet too! When it comes to questions, there is no such thing as too many! I understand that wedding photography is a big decision and investment, so make sure to ask away to get all of your questions answered.
My Story I truly am a New England gal through and through. I was born and raised on the coast of Maine, I lived in the beautiful state of Vermont throughout my twenties, and now am happy to call the city of Boston my home. I first started photographing couples back in 2011, but decided to turn my love of photography into a career when I attended Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2012-2013. After graduating at the top of my class, I jumped right into a busy career as a wedding photographer. I have photographed over one hundred New England weddings throughout my career and can’t get enough of them! Outside of my career, I love spending time with family and friends. I believe that morning cups of coffee and evening glasses of wine are good for the soul. While I love relaxing summer days at the beach, I also welcome snowy winters for the opportunity to hit the ski slopes! I try to make the most of every day and feel so blessed that I’ve been able to make a career out of my passion.
My Approach Ever since I photographed my first wedding, I’ve been hooked. I absolutely love how each wedding, each couple, and each location is so different, yet share the common thead of love & joy that brings family and friends together in celebration. I understand that with my job comes a lot of responsibility and consider it an honor to spend such a special day with my couples. I love to photograph all of those gorgeous details you worked hard to plan out, but also believe there’s something so special in getting to capture those sacred moments that go by in an instant. I strive to create a well rounded collection of photographs from your wedding day– a blend of details, candid moments, and natural portraits.
I want to offer my couples so much more than just wedding pictures. I want to offer them an experience. From the first time we meet, to your engagement session, to your wedding day, to creating your dream wedding album and everything in between, I want you to feel 100% comfortable with me and know that you are being well taken care of.

ENGAGEMENT S E SS I O N
For most couples, the engagement session is their first professional photography shoot together. It’s a great way for us to get to know each other before your big day, and for you two to practice getting comfortable in front of my lens... You’ll be pros by your wedding day!
We will work together to design an engagement session completely catered to you. It usually takes place in a location that is significant to you as a couple, or involves doing one of your favorite activities. Your engagement photos are your chance to show off YOU! For example, if your wedding is in a place that’s different from where you live, your engagement session can be a great opportunity to capture you two in your home city. While your wedding photos will be something special to cherish forever, your engagement photos are great way to capture more of the everyday you.

WHO IS YOUR SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER? I have a small group of incredible photographers around New England that work with me. These photographers all either have their own wedding photography businesses, or are photographers in different areas. Second photographers are matched for each wedding based on location & their own availability.
K IT DOWN... WHAT DOES A “COLLECTION OF DIGITAL IMAGES” INCLUDE? The collection of digital images means that you will receive the high-resolution digital files from your engagement session & wedding. You will receive a custom link to an online gallery where you can share, order prints, and download your high-resolution images from your wedding day. Wedding collections average out to be approximately 75 images per hour of coverage.
WHAT IS AN HEIRLOOM ALBUM? As great as the online galleries & digital images are, that shouldn’t be the final step in the wedding photography journey. My dream for every couple is that your wedding photos will end up in a beautiful printed album that can live in your home and be cherished for generations to come. Including an album in your wedding collection takes printing your wedding photos off of your perpetual “to-do” list, and gets a beautiful album to you with little work on your part. The big day is over and you have your gallery of digital images. Creating an album is the final step in taking your wedding photos from the digital space to beautiful heirloom prints that will sit in your home forever. The two different album options allow you to either leave the work up to me, or you can choose to be a part of the design process every step of the way. Ordering an album through me ensures that you’re recieving the best print quality that will stand the test of time– never fading or tearing– so that this printed heirloom will last for generations to come.

Frequently Asked Questions HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR WEDDING PHOTOS? Within 1-2 days days after your wedding, I will post a few “sneak peeks” from your wedding on Kelsey Regan Photography’s social media pages. Within 1 month, you will have your complete collection of digital images uploaded to your online gallery.
DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM PACKAGES? Yes! If none of the 4 collections outlined here in the guide perfectly fit your needs, let’s chat! I’m happy to provide you a custom quote based on your unique wedding photography & album needs.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL? If the wedding or engagement session is located less than 100 miles from Boston, there are no additional travel fees. If your location requires more travel, travel fees may occur on a case-by-case basis to be decided on between us. These fees may include (but are not limited to) mileage reimbursement, overnight acommodations, planet tickets, etc.
WE WANT TO BOOK WITH YOU! WHAT’S NEXT? Yay! You’ve decided that you want me to document your big day. The good news is that the process is simple and can all be done online. Once you tell me that you want to book, I will send over a contract & invoice for you. It’s $1500 to reserve your date, then the remainder is due 10 days before your wedding.
